Exchanges Only
We have a 30-day exchange only policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a exchange for misprinted or damaged items only. NO exchanges will be allowed for ordering the wrong size. We strongly suggest that you review the product details for sizing of the products. No buyers remorse exchanges will be allowed.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a exchange, you can contact us at info@liapparelco.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address listed on your packing slip. Return shipping related costs are your (the customers) responsibility. LI Apparel Co (Fun Threads US) will not be responsible for any exchange shipping costs.
Your exchange request must be completed prior to shipping your item(s) back. Exchanges sent in without prior written approval will not be considered valid.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As always, clear photos of the item(s) must be submitted for evaluation.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds are not allowed. Since your products are custom made on order, all sales are final and only exchanges for defective/misprinted items will be accepted with prior written approval only.
